Clutch Chosen to Participate in Salesforce Accelerate Program

Chosen among 18 other companies for the current Accelerate term, Clutch is one of the first participants to offer a cross-cloud loyalty solution for Salesforce’s mid-market customer that is fully integrated with Marketing Cloud.

Designed to inspire collaboration and time-to-market of AppExchange apps, Salesforce selects companies from across the globe to participate in the three-month long program. With a focus on retail and healthcare verticals for this group, Clutch and the other businesses will have ongoing access to key stakeholders at Salesforce including business and technical resources, in-person strategy sessions and go-to-market guidance.

“As part of Accelerate, we have a unique opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent Salesforce has to offer in order to fix two persistent problems for businesses,” said Andy O’Dell, Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Clutch. “First, we are unifying data from across Salesforce and a client’s external systems to provide a holistic and clear view of the customer that is updated in real-time. Second, we are empowering brands to act on that data to deliver personal and engaging loyalty programs that live right within the Salesforce ecosystem.”

As part of the Accelerate program, Clutch will collaborate with Salesforce to ensure that this next generation loyalty platform will not only meet the demands of existing customers, but also address a broadly identified market need for a robust loyalty solution that is priced for the mid-market and emerging enterprise segments.

Clutch’s deep experience building successful, real-time integrations with both data and marketing systems, make its loyalty solution a natural fit to address the demands of customers. “For a marketing program to be effective, it must feel personal and relevant, and loyalty is no different,” said O’Dell, “Clutch makes this possible at scale through a variety of pre-built programs that can be automated based on each customer’s unique behavior. All of this leads to a closer connection between brands and customers, and more effective loyalty programs that optimize customer value.”

At the conclusion of the program, Clutch will be launching an app-based version of their loyalty solution which will be available in the Salesforce app store! Stay tuned for the next announcement.
