Clutch’s leadership has deep expertise in customer marketing, strategic loyalty, consumer intelligence and advanced technologies. Our team has extensive experience serving strategic leadership roles with an array of leading brands, including eBay (NASDAQ:EBAY), McKesson (NYSE:MCK), Aramark (NYSE:ARMK), Citi (NYSE:C), Merrill Lynch (NASDAQ: BAC) and Comcast (NASDAQ:CMCSA), while our innovation and ingenuity has been fostered in startups like Half.com (acquired by eBay), Portico Systems (acquired by McKesson), Ecount (acquired by Citi) and Infonautics (acquired by Tucows).

 Ned Moore
Co-Founder, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Ned sets the vision and strategy for Clutch. Previously he was Co-founder, Chairman and CEO at Portico Systems providing enterprise software solutions for the healthcare payer market, experiencing tremendous growth, which led to an acquisition by McKesson Corporation (NYSE:MCK). He’s served as a board member to companies like Core Solutions and Verilogue and is a graduate of Villanova University.

 Dan Guy
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer

Dan leads the Technology and Product organizations at Clutch. He focuses on driving engineering and product strategy to deliver industry-leading solutions. Over his career Dan has driven development for products including ecommerce platforms, realtime analytics, and mobile suites. Prior to joining Clutch, Dan excelled in companies like Half.com, acquired by eBay (NASDAQ:EBAY), and Sanofi Pasteur (NASDAQ:SNY). He is a graduate of Wilkes University.

 Andy O’Dell
Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer

Andy oversees strategy, partnerships and channel development for Clutch. Prior to Clutch, Andy spent five years as co-founder and CEO of SKEPSU LLC, the company that developed the strategy and technology that was merged into Clutch in 2012. Previously, he was chief operations officer and vice president of sales for a regional real estate development firm. He attended the University of Delaware.

 Mark S. Pollock
Chief Financial Officer

Mark oversees finance for Clutch. Previously he worked for start-up and growth companies like MNG Direct, Portico (acquired by McKesson), Avanceon and Vertical Alliance. He holds a BS in accounting from Temple University and an MBA from Drexel University.
 Chris Jones
Senior Vice President of Business Development

Chris oversees all sales and business development initiatives for Clutch. He has deep experience in enterprise sales in both startups like Clutch and Portico Systems and leading corporations like McKesson Health (NYSE:MCK) and EMC Corporation (NYSE:EMC). Chris is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania.

 Jason Bettencourt
Vice President of Engineering

Jason oversees technology development for Clutch’s award-winning consumer management platform. Previously he served strategic technology development roles with Sanofi Pasteur (NASDAQ:SNY). and Ethixa Solutions. Jason has a BS in Computer Science from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.

Pete Borowsky
Vice President of Product

Pete leads product for Clutch, delivering advanced solutions to clients. Previously he was Founder and CEO of Zatista.com, a premier online source for art. He was also VP of Customer Experience at Dayak and held product leadership roles for Half.com and eBay (NASDAQ:EBAY). He’s a graduate of Colgate University.

 Augie Chung
Vice President of Technical Services

Augie is responsible for leading technical client integrations for Clutch. Prior to Clutch Augie managed the Mobile Services team for MLB.com and built high-performing systems for eBay (NASDAQ:EBAY). Augie has a degree in Computer Science & Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.

 Edward Dunkelberger
Vice President of Infrastructure

Ed oversees the technical infrastructure for Clutch. He is a veteran technologist who has supported high-availability enterprise environments with companies like Sanofi Pasteur (NASDAQ:SNY) and Kids Peace National Centers. Ed holds a BS in Computer Science from Kutztown University.

 Jenna Flateman Posner
Vice President of Partnerships

Jenna oversees and manages strategic partnerships for Clutch. Her experience spans sales and business development roles with innovative startups like LevelUp and Curalate and leading corporations like Getty Images and the New York Press. Jenna is a graduate of Wesleyan University.

 Garth Reid
Vice President of Client Delivery

Garth oversees client delivery for Clutch. Previously he served various project management and analyst roles at Cigna (NYSE: CI) and was in an array of solution roles for Airclic. He holds a BS in Applied Economics Management from Cornell University.

 Matt Segal
Vice President Account Management

Matt oversees the management and growth of Clutch’s existing brands. Previously he served various business development, marketing and licensing roles for digital agencies and consumer electronic accessory brands. He received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.

 Ryan Rose
Vice President of Business Development

Ryan has been advising Profit Point and Clutch’s brands on solutions and strategies since 2010. He’s responsible for sharing Clutch’s robust capabilities with potential clients as well as helping his client’s grow with the platform.
