“Our team approaches genuine loyalty for the brands we partner with as a byproduct of the overall tailored experience a customer has beyond a simple loyalty program,” explained Ned Moore, CEO of Clutch. “It’s gratifying to see Forrester recognize, in our opinion, the value of this approach and point to us as a leading solution in the market in their Wave report.”

As with all Forrester Waves, vendors were rated based on the capabilities of their current offering, their strategy and market presence.

To evaluate vendors and their products against criteria for the Wave, Forrester analysts gather details of product qualifications through a combination of lab evaluations, questionnaires, demos, and/or discussions with client references. They send evaluations to the vendors for their review, and adjust the evaluations to provide the most accurate view of vendor offerings and strategies. Forrester sets default weightings to reflect their analysis of the needs of large user companies and then score the vendors based on a clearly defined scale.
